摘要:

针对供应链上大型零件生产车间的特点,建立了基于元胞自动机的动态柔性调度仿真模型。将实际车间调度抽象成由工位、缓存、工件及作业调度规则构成的系统。工位和缓存为模型网络空间的固定格点,工件为移动粒子,作业调度规则为一系列模型状态演化规则,包括工位选择规则、工件排序规则、任务触发规则。设计各规则的程序图,以一算例说明模型演化过程中元胞及粒子的状态属性值的变化过程。针对某大型发电机零件生产车间的动态柔性调度问题,利用元胞自动机模型进行仿真,对比实际方案,仿真得到的方案更优,从而验证了基于元胞自动机的仿真建模是一种处理大型零件生产车间动态柔性调度问题的有效方法。

Abstract:

A simulation model of dynamic & flexible scheduling about a large-sized component production workshop was built by using the cellular automata according to the characteristics. The scheduling system can be divided into 4 parts: work station, buffer, work piece, and scheduling rules. Work station and buffer were viewed as fixed grid nodes, work piece as moving particles, scheduling rules as the local self-evolution rules which included station choosing rules, work piece sequencing rules and task activating rules. Their program graphs were designed, the evolution of the state attributes values were illustrated based on a numerical example. By simulation modeling the job scheduling of a certain generator component production factory workshop, a better scheduling scheme was compared with the present one. Finally, it is verified that simulation modeling based on cellular automata is an effective method dealing with the dynamic & flexible scheduling about large-sized component production workshop.
