摘要：

利用企业担保期内的索赔数据对市场上的产品质量问题进行早期检测,对于企业提高用户满意度和降低索赔费用具有重要意义。在分析汽车行业车辆担保期内索赔数据统计特性的基础上,提出了一种千车故障数综合控制图的预警方法,给出了相应的算法步骤,对其控制参数也进行了优化设计,最后给出了一个预警应用实例。整车企业的具体实践证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Warranty databases of an enterprise can be used

for early detection of products reliability problems. It is of great significance for enterprises to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the warranty cost. On the analyses of

statistical properties of warranty data in the automobile industries,an early warning method with a synthetic control chart of incidents per thousand vehicles was created,and the

algorithm steps of the method were given, the control parameters were optimized,and finally a typical example of early warning application was given. The specific practice of enterprises applying the early warning system has demonstrated its effectiveness.
