摘要:

为解决协同产品创新中的设计冲突,提出一种基于层次知识匹配的协同产品创新设计冲突消解方法。首先,建立协同产品创新设计冲突消解过程模型,分析基于层次知识匹配的冲突消解流程;其次,针对设计过程中冲突量大、难于决策的特点,运用粗糙集理论和方法对冲突进行约简并识别关键冲突;然后,针对层次知识匹配中产生的大量可行方案,将禁忌搜索与生物进化中的精英重组方法相结合,提出一种改进的禁忌搜索算法来优化求解;最后,通过某摩托车的协同设计实例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:

In order to resolve the conflict in collaborative product creative design, a
conflict resolution method based on hierarchical knowledge matching was proposed. Conflict resolution process model of collaborative product creative design was established firstly, and hierarchical knowledge matching-based conflict resolution flow was analyzed. Then, the conflicts were reduced and conflicts’ importance weight were calculated by meams of rough set theory to identify the critical ones. Furthermore, in consideration of design iteration, to select the optimum in large number of feasible schemes generated by hierarchical knowledge matching, integrating the core idea of tabu search and elite recombinant in biological evolution, an improved tabu search algorithm was put forward to optimize product design scheme and coordinate conflict. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness were verified by a motorcycle product collaborative design example. 
