摘要:

面向复杂产品研制体系下质量计划的层级协同-对等协同混联运行需求,提出了基于三层质量计划体系与环状-树型逻辑拓扑结构的多层协同质量计划过程模型。结合该模型,通过OOP(面向对象编程)和AOP(面向方面编程)设计方法对协同质量计划过程实现与切面实现进行了模型抽象,并采用组件和中间件等信息技术在J2EE平台上构建了高内聚、松耦合、业务流程可调且支持功能横向扩展的质量计划管理系统。

Abstract:

To meet the mixture operation model of hierarchical collaboration and peer-to-peer collaboration of quality planning in complex production manufacturing
systems,a cooperative quality planning process model was constructed based on a three-tier structure and a cricoid-dendriform process topology.By means of OOP and AOP, the processes and aspects of quality planning were abstracted and encapsulated into an integrated architecture, based on which a quality planning system with high concentration, lax coupling and good process flexiblility was designed and realized with the components and middlewares on J2EE platform.
