摘要:

基于空间机构理论中的坐标系变换方法,对单斜臂式悬架绕空间轴线旋转的斜臂进行了运动学分析,并详细推导了悬架等效刚度及阻尼系数与悬架弹性元件刚度和减振器阻尼系数之间的关系,得到了悬架等效刚度和阻尼系数特性在车轮弹跳过程中的变化规律,在此基础之上编写了计算程序用以方便地进行悬架设计的工作。为验证计算结果的正确性,采用虚拟样机技术建立了悬架结构模型进行仿真。

Abstract:

A method of coordinate transition in spatial mechanism theory was introduced to study the revolving movement of the arm in a semi-trailing arm suspension around a space-fixed axis, based on which the relationship between the rigidity of suspension and that of the coil spring as well as relationship between suspension damping-coefficient and shock absorber damping-coefficient was exactly derived.As a result the change of suspension rigidity and damping coefficient with respect to wheel bumping movement was plotted accurately. A calculation program was composed to make the calculation process feasible and efficient, while the result was verified using a virtual prototype of the suspension.
