摘要:

针对相交轴间的变速比运动,提出了一种新型卵形非圆锥齿轮传动形式。从齿轮啮合原理的角度,建立了卵形非圆锥齿轮节锥面的啮合坐标系,推导了传动比、位移等的计算公式;分析了偏心率对移动量、转角关系、节锥接触母线摆动关系、周期性等运动特性的影响;并进行了相应的实验研究。通过理论分析与实验研究,获得了卵形非圆锥齿轮传动的运动规律及变化关系,验证了卵形非圆锥齿轮传动的特性。

Abstract:

A new form of oval noncircular bevel gear transmission was proposed,which can transfer variable ratio motion and power between the intersecting shafts.A mesh coordinate system on the pitch cone of the oval noncircular bevel gear was established in which the formulas of transmission ratio and displacement etc. were deduced based on analyzing meshing theory. The influences of eccentricity ratio on kinetic characteristics such as the displacement, the angular, the oscillating line of pitch cone contact generator and periodicity were analyzed. Having finished experimental researches, comparisons between experimental results and theoretical analysis were made to get its laws of transmission and methods for design and to verify the drive characteristics of oval noncircular bevel gear.
