电极力对差厚异质高强钢点焊质量的影响

摘要:

针对某车型地板梁差厚异质钢板点焊过程中存在的焊接质量差、飞溅现象严重等问题,研究运用伺服焊枪焊接时,恒定电极力及变电极力对异质高强钢焊接强度的影响规律。研究结果表明,电极力是影响高强钢点焊质量的重要因素,但在焊接过程中采用变化的电极力对异质高强钢质量的影响并不显著。研究结果为伺服焊枪电极力控制在高强钢点焊方面的研究提供参考。

Abstract:

 Due to bad welds including small button, weld expulsion, weld spatter, and weld whisker etc., it was studied that the effect of electrode force with servo gun on the weld quality of high strength steels with different thicknesses and materials. The results show that the electrode force has great influence on the weld strength and button size. But changing electrode force during welding progress has less influence relatively. The solutions can supply reference to enhance the quality of spot weld with different thicknesses and materials and to study the prospect of servo gun in the joining of high strength steels.
