摘要:

为获得良好微流动特性的耐高温透明微流体器件,设计了一种制备石英玻璃材质的透明微流体器件的多功能制备仪。利用玻璃材料加热到热熔融状态可进行塑形的特点对石英玻璃毛细管进行拉制、锻制、开孔、焊接,制备出微米级的微针、微管道、微三通等微流体器件。在样机上进行了基于温度、拉力二因素的实验,分析了各参数对微流体器件几何尺寸的影响。该仪器结构简单、成本低廉、功能多样化。

Abstract:

To obtain transparent microfluid devices with good microflow characteristics,a multi-purpose quartz glass preparation apparatus for fabricating microfluidic device was designed accordingly.Based on the quality that the glass material can be molded when it is semi-molten,the glass capillary can be pulled,forged,holed and welded to make nanometer microfluidic devices such as microneedle,microchannel,three-way microchannel etc..The experiments on the two factors of temperature and pulling force were carried out in a prototype,and the impact of various parameters on the dimension of microfluid devices was analysised.The results of the experiments show that apparatus is characterized by simple structure, easy operation,low cost and multipurpose.
