摘要:

针对烟草卷包生产线的振盘-机组-牌号复杂柔性生产约束,提出了基于制造资源动态组合的烟草卷包作业调度算法。系统地分析和建立了烟草生产过程中卷包作业调度的原则和约束,提出了基于首批订单的两阶段启发式调度思想;通过建立下达订单与生产订单关联的数据结构解决了多机组并行加工的难题;提出了基于多层次复合筛选的调度规则构建方法以提高作业计划的可行性;提出了基于规范的卷包机组动态组合方法以及基于工作日历的机组齐停算法,使生成的作业计划更加符合生产的实际需求。在此基础上开发了卷包作业调度系统并在工程实际中得到验证。

Abstract:

A tobacco packaging scheduling algorithm was put forward to solve problem feeder-packer-brand’s flexible constraint in the tobacco packer production line based on dynamic manufacturing resource composition.The algorithm included the rules and the heuristics of tobacco packaging scheduling.The scheduling algorithm was divided to solve the problem of manufacturing resources dynamic combination.The data structure of order was defined which was based on the relationship between work orders and scheduling plan. The way to dynamic packer composition and stopping at same time on machine group algorithm considering the work colander were proposed. The tobacco packaging scheduling system is developed and used in practice.
