摘要:

建立了容框工作状态下的力学模型,对容框进行了受力分析,通过理论计算、有限元模拟分析以及对容框转角处圆角半径的优化,得到了在许用应力下容框内形尺寸与外圆半径的函数关系。最后,应用该函数关系对软模成形容框进行了设计和校核。

Abstract:

A mathematical relationship between the interior size and the ex-radius of a container which was used in rubber pad forming process was obtained by building mechanical model of the container at the working state, performing the finite element analysis and optimizing the fillet radius of the container at the corner. To validate the mathematical relationship, the rubber pad forming experiment was carried out. Finally, design and strength checking of the container were performed by taking the results of calculation and the FE simulation.
