摘要:

针对现代质量管理业务的过程化与柔性化需求,分析了生产质量管理业务过程,提出了一种可扩展的柔性业务过程管理模型。该模型将生产质量管理过程模型分解为路由逻辑和过程资源,路由逻辑描述质量业务活动按照既定条件和顺序执行的过程规则,过程资源描述过程执行所需要的人、数据、约束等资源信息,通过路由逻辑与过程资源之间的动态耦合实现柔性化的生产质量管理业务应用。最后,介绍了基于该过程模型所构建的具有过程柔性的生产质量管理系统及其工程应用。

Abstract:

To improve the ability of process control and flexibility in modern quality management system,a process model of production quality management was analyzed and a process management model based on configuration was put forward. In this model, the process of production quality system was separated into routing logic and process resources. The routing logic described the action was accurately executed according to the given conditions and orders.The process resources described the resources which the process needed such as the workers, data, restriction and so on. The flexible production quality management process was realized through the dynamic coupling of logic and resources. Finally, the development and application of the production quality management system based on the configurable process management model was introduced in detail.
