摘要:

利用需求参数进行基于实例的产品报价对于快速响应客户需求有着重要意义,而报价算法如何适应因原材料价格改变所导致的产品成本分布特性的动态变化是其中的关键问题之一。通过建立产品报价问题的形式化描述,给出了报价策略与算法,建立了确定报价参数权重的优化模型及每一轮权重离散优化算法,提出了产品实例库的自主聚类思路与详细的实现步骤。最后以某起重机厂桥式起重机的快速报价为实例,说明所提出策略的有效性。

Case-based product quoting according to request-characteristic parameters is an effective strategy and is meaningful for rapid response of custom demands, and one of the key problems is how the quoting algorithm to adapt the dynamic changes of product cost distribution. First, the problem of product quoting was formalized. Second, the strategy and algorithm of product quoting were investigated. Third, weights of request-characteristic parameters were determined through an optimization model and a self-clustering strategy of case library was also proposed. The proposed methodology demonstrates the effectiveness in an instance of crane quoting.
