摘要:

针对目前企业实施绿色制造缺乏决策支持方法的问题,充分利用历史成功实施案例,面向知识表达与重用,提出了一种基于物元模型和可拓理论的绿色制造实施方案设计方法。分析了绿色制造实施方案的知识结构,提出了基于物元模型的实施方案知识表达方法;在此基础上,基于可拓理论提出了绿色制造实施方案设计流程,利用关联函数对历史相似实施方案进行基于距的实例检索,利用可拓变换和可拓逻辑推理将检索获得的实例修改为满足企业需求的实施方案。结合某机床制造企业的绿色制造实施方案设计实践验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

In order to support enterprises to implement green manufacturing(GM), a GM implementation program design method based on matter-element model and extension theory was proposed, which was oriented to knowledge expression and reuse. The knowledge system of GM program was analyzed, and the GM program knowledge was expressed by matter-element model. Then the GM program design process was presented based on extension theory, in which the most similar GM program was searched in the existing successful cases by the distance method, and the final GM program could be obtained by revising the selected program through extension transformation and logical reasoning. At last, this method was applied to design the GM implementation program in a machine tool works to demonstrate its feasibility and validity. 
