摘要:

深入研究了大型复杂产品生产的特点,采用装配单元来优化产品装配物料清单,提出了面向装配单元和装配序列的可扩展两级网络计划应用模式。通过装配单元来指导产品设计和零部件的生产准备;利用工序进装点来控制零部件的成套性。分层的网络计划模式增强了上层计划的稳定性,提高了底层装配序列计划执行和调整的灵活性。该计划模式已在项目制造管理平台上实现,正投入示范应用。

Abstract:

Based on deep analysis of the characteristics in the assembly process of large-scale and complex products, this paper proposed a way of optimizing assembly bill of material(ABOM) by assembly cell. On this basis a mode of extensible layered network planning for assembly cell and assembly sequence was provided. The mode can supervise the production arrangement of components based on assembly cell, and supervised complete set of components of under assembly operation entrance. Through layered network planning the stability of upper production planning can be enhanced, at the same time the flexibility of performance and adjustment for underlying assembly sequence schedule can be advanced. Now the layered planning mode has implemented under software platform of project management.
