摘要:

在“装配质量熵”概念的基础上,通过综合考虑装配活动关键程度和潜在质量损失对装配活动质量控制策略的影响,建立了装配活动“综合装配指数”指标,并在此基础上给出了装配过程控制策略决策方法。该方法提高了装配过程质量控制决策的客观准确性和主动预防控制能力,为研究开发装配过程质量控制决策支持系统提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

A “synthesis assembly index” (SAI) based on the “assembly quality entropy” concept was put forward to solve the objective and exact prediction of
 influence for the assembly activities according to the integrated measurement of key
grades of assembly activity and potential quality loss for assembly activity in the phase of production preparation.The decision-making methods of quality control tactics based on
the SAI were presented after the algorithm of assembly quality entropy was brought forward that was important for the SAI calculation.Furthermore,a decision-making case for quality control tactics of an assembly process of a plunger injection pump was studied,and proves the SAI reasonable and the decision-making methods feasible.
