摘要：

为了在机床行业有效实施绿色制造，面向机床产品生命周期建立了一种基于产品设计主线和生命周期主线的机床行业绿色制造运行模式,并对其中的机床绿色设计、绿色生产、废旧机床再制造等进行了论述。机床绿色设计包括绿色设计过程、设计目标、优化设计措施等；机床绿色生产包括生产工艺、环境排放及绿色化措施等；废旧机床再制造包括零部件级再制造和产品级再制造。该绿色制造模式在某机床企业得到了初步应用，取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:

In order to implement GM effectively,a product design main-line and life cycle main-line based GM operation

model for machine tool industry was presented oriented to the product life

cycle.The key submodels of the model were discussed in detail, in which the green design submodel focused on design process,objectives and green design methods;the green production submodel focused on manufacturing

process,environmental emissions and clean measures;remanufacturing submodel

focused on parts and machine remanufacturing.Finally,the GM operation model was applied in a machine tool enterprise,which has achieved good application results. 
