摘要:

针对层级系统的优化设计问题,研究了多学科层级协调优化方法。该方法基于敏度分析,在每次优化中均能够反映公用设计变量和状态变量的变化对目标函数的影响情况,能够指导层级系统的优化朝着最有利于目标函数下降的方向进行,进而得到系统的最适解。应用多学科层级协调优化方法对栅结构振动微机械陀螺进行了优化设计,结果提高了陀螺的性能,验证了该方法的实用性。

Abstract:

This paper studied multidisciplinary hierarchic compatibility design optimization (MHCDO) method for design of hierarchic system. Based on sensitivity analysis which can reflect the effect of the change of share design variables and state variables on objective function in every optimization, the method can obtain the most adaptive solution of system. Using the MHCDO method in optimal design of fence structure micromachining vibratory rate gyroscope, the optimal results improve the performance of the gyroscope and verify the practicality of MHCDO method.
