摘要:

介绍了新型气动数字压力阀的结构及工作原理。该气动数字阀利用步进电机加偏心机构来实现阀芯的水平移动,在控制上不需要D/A转换器而采用计算机直接控制。采用步进电机连续跟踪控制方法,有效解决了传统的步进式数字阀固有的量化误差和响应速度之间的矛盾。建立了气动数字压力阀及阀控压力系统的数学模型,对数字阀的动态特性和实验系统的压力特性进行了模拟仿真和分析。

Abstract:

The structure and principle of a new digital control valve was introduced. The valve was controlled by computer directly without D/A converter. Its spool was driven by a step motor with an eccentric gear. The way of using the continuous control method to control the step motor resolved the contradiction between the stepper motor’s quantizing error and its response speed in the traditional step digital valve effectively. Based on the established mathematic model, simulation and analyses were done to testify the dynamic properties of the valve and the pressuring characteristics of the experimental system.
