摘要:

提出一种新的任意复杂曲面的展平算法,将其应用于有限元逆算法的初始位移场猜测,从而获得了良好的位移初始解。该算法具有计算快速、求解准确、易于实现、通用性好的特点。详细介绍了曲面展平算法的基本步骤,通过工程实例验证了算法的正确性和精确性。该算法不仅可以应用于冲压成形行业, 还能广泛地应用于飞机、汽车、服装设计、玩具设计、制鞋等领域。

Abstract: A new algorithm for transforming any complex surface into a plane presented herein was applied in finite element inverse approach with initial guess, then the advantageous initial displacement was obtained. This algorithm is characterized by its fast calculation, precision, easy implementation and perfect practice. This paper introduced essential steps of this algorithm in detail, and validated the correctness and precision of this algorithm by large number of double curved surfaces. It is applied in the field of sheet metal forming, and widely applied in the field of aircraft, automobile, costume design, toy-making, shoe-making etc.
