周期结构和均匀结构隔振器滤波特性的对比研究

摘要:

采用谱有限元和传递矩阵法推导了波在均匀结构和周期结构隔振器中的传播模型,对比了均匀结构(铝)和周期结构(铝/橡胶)隔振器的滤波特性,讨论了几何尺寸和材料特性对周期结构隔振器滤波特性的影响。研究结果表明:改变周期结构单元的几何尺寸和材料特性,能将带隙频率范围扩大并延伸至低频。通过实验证实了理论模型预测的正确性。

Abstract:

The theory governing the operation of this class of passive periodic mounts was introduced by using spectral finite element and transfer matrix methods.The filtering characteristics of periodic mounts made of aluminum and rubber was compared with that of uniform mounts made of aluminum.Experiments were performed to verify the numerical prediction. The results show that the stop band can be tuned by modifying material and geometric parameters of periodic mounts.This also demonstrates the potential of these periodic mounts to stop or confine the propagation of undesirable disturbance from vehicle engine.
