超精密蜗轮副加工成套工艺研究

Research on Complete Set Technology of Ultra-precision Worm Gear Pair

摘要: 介绍了一种新型超精密蜗轮副加工成套工艺,该工艺以“误差诱导重塑与自我精准抵消”为核心思想。为实现传动误差的精准检测,开发了机械传动误差检测智能iFMT仪器;研发了嵌入iFMT仪器可实现加工测量一体化功能的新型蜗轮母机;配合刀具、新标准等配套技术,加工得到双面同时达到DIN标准1级精度的超精密蜗轮副。

Abstract: A new set technology of precision worm gear pair was introduced herein. With the core idea of “error induced remodeling and self accurate offset”, an intelligent iFMT instrument for mechanical transmission error detection was developed to realize the accurate detection of transmission errors. In order to realize the technology, a new worm gear mother machine embedded with iFMT instrument was developed, which may realize the integrated function of machining and measurement. Combined with cutting tools, new standards and supporting technologies, an ultra-precision worm gear pair with double side accuracies of DIN standard grade 1 was obtained finally.
