Abstract:

A bionic propulsion unit was developed herein by simulating the moving status of a basilisk lizard running on the water. Based on the theoretical analyses, we focused on the change rules of propulsive performance under different rotating speeds. Comparison and analysis of the results obtained by using a two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics method for propulsion unit model were presented and emphasized. At the same time, a water entry test was finished to verify the simulation analysis. The simulation and test results indicate that the advance of bionic propulsion unit increases considerably with the rise of the rotational speeds, for increasing speed there exists a rotating speed range of the propulsion unit; once the rotating speed out of the scope, increasing underwater depth of bionic propulsion is an efficient method to improve the speed.

摘要：

通过模仿蛇怪蜥蜴水上奔跑时腿部运动姿态,设计了一种仿蛇怪蜥蜴推进装置。在前期理论分析基础上，着重讨论了仿生推进装置性能随叶轮转速的变化规律，应用计算流体力学模拟了推进装置的三自由度运动，分析了转速对仿生推进装置的推进速度、推进力和升力等参数的影响，进一步开展了原理试验。仿真和试验结果表明，增大叶轮转速可提高仿生推进装置的推进速度，但存在一定的临界范围，超出此范围，增加叶轮吃水深度可有效提高航速。
