    Based on the time-to-failure density function of parts, the average service life and reliability model having multi-distribution of mechanical and electronic systems undergoing maintenance were constructed. By means of numerical calculation and analysis of the reliability and replacement, the influence of the parameters of the time-to-failure density function, and the vary proportions of parts on the reliability for mechanical and electronic systems undergoing maintenance were investigated. It is significant to establish reasonable maintenance policies around the reliability and the design undergoing maintenance of mechanical and electronic systems.

    The robot control system adopted impedance control thoery and used force-based impedance control methods to design robot system controller.With MATLAB/Simulink system design tools,the system impedance models were established,and experimented based on the dSPACE real-time smulation platform. The results show that the rehabilitation robot can accomplish different dampness and stiffness effection by changing the damp and stiff parameters in the controller. The robot realizes compliant motion in the passive and active training mode.

    Decreased pressure fault of hydraulic servo system was diagnosed based on nonlinear observer. The nonlinear observer model was presented and the outputs were simulated. Residual error, which was generated by comparing model outputs with system outputs, was evaluated based on thresholds using interval models. The performance of the proposed fault diagnosis scheme was demonstrated in detecting decreased pressure.

    A new binocular active visual monitoring platform(BAVMP) was built to solve the “blind” working status of parallel robot. This platform was a working-space monitoring mechanism of parallel robot based on circular guide rail. In order to correct the accumulation of mechanical errors caused by active visual of cameras, the method of dissembling actions correction was proposed. Results show that the method is effective, and simulation errors are also in good agreement with experimental ones. The method has utilized the given points of world coordinate and the principle of visual reverse solution to correct mechanical error in real-time. It makes the monitoring accuracy higher on BAVMP.

    Based on analysis of the movement behavior of a single-segment robot in elbow, a mathematic model to describe the traveling capability of it in elbow was derived, which took both the geometric constraint relationship between the robot and the elbow and the force and moment equilibrium, and its computation method was also studied. With a calculation example, the robot’s traveling trace in elbow and the stretching magnitude of the springs in its wheels were investigated by using the model. The results show that the robot’s traveling trace calculated with the model is smooth, getting rid of breaking points in the traveling trace calculated with the present mathematical model. So it can be a theoretical reference for the geometric dimension design and later research.

    A penalty function method of finite element was proposed for nonlinear contact stiffness of joint. The stiffness of joint was obtained by experiment. In finite element analysis related to contact, the stiffness was introduced into contact analysis of joint by penalty factor of penalty function method. In this method, stiffness was expressed as penalty factor, which possessed specific engineering signification. The process of joint analysis was given by penalty function and then an example was used to validate the method . 

    Test of frequency characteristic of servo valves with mutual correlation principle was studied herein. Due to the asymmetric characteristic of servo valves, the dynamic cylinder would move away from the central position when test was carried out. A PC-based, software signal synthesizing scheme was proposed for frequency characteristic test and dynamic cylinder position control. Details on overall structure of the scheme, test controller design, dynamic cylinder position controller design, and the signal processing unit were also given. An example system was finally introduced and test result of a servo valve was also provided. 

    The measurement system on chain board of tooth shape chain was established based on computer vision, and a new kind of sub-pixel algorithm for edge orientation of beeline and circle was put forward.Pinhole diameter, roundness error, chain board pitch and angle between two right sides of chain board were calculated, then the error analysis to measurement results was performed.The whole course containing image process, parameter calculation, and calibration etc. was integrated.Coordination transmission was performed,measurement area was confirmed, and the calibration for part image to be measured was finished through standard sample. Experimental results show that the orientation error of improved least-square linear fitting method is one quarter of ordinary least-square linear fitting error under small difference of orientation time. The sub-pixel orientation of circle makes resolution of CCD increase 42 times, which enhances greatly orientation precision of image edge. Pinhole ,pitch, angle between two right sides and roundness are respectively 2.563mm, 6.296mm, 60.453° and 14.7μm, while taking sub-pixel method. The whole measurement course for one chain board spends less than one second.

    In order to improve the passive two stage vibration isolation effectiveness, the CMAC(cerebellar model articulation controller) neural theory combined with PID control of the two stage hybrid vibration isolation was designed. The acceleration and the power spectral density of acceleration of the two stage hybrid vibration isolation which was excited in different low frequency signals was simulated. Simulation results show that the effectiveness of the method which is compound control of CMAC and PID is better than passive two stage vibration isolation.

    A new full-isotropic spherical three-DOF parallel mechanism was presented herein. This manipulator had decoupled rotational motion around x, y and z axes and employed only revolute joints. Based on the physical meaning of the cow vector of Jacobian matrix, the necessary and sufficient condition to synthesis full-isotropic parallel mechanism was obtained. Finally, an over-constraint spherical three-DOF parallel mechanism is obtained and a modified structure is also introduced to avoid the redundant constraints. 

    Combining the application background of Kevlar fiber reinforced plastic (KFRP) in armor protection, the special sintering diamond bit was developed. By means of analyzing the drilling procedures, the drilling process was divided into six stages, according to the diverse material failure mechanisms of each stage. Also, the characteristics of various machining defects were summarized. Then, the process equipment with compressive pre-stress exerted on the drilling zone was proposed to improve the machining quality. Moreover, water could be used as the cutting coolant when drilling with compressive pre-stress. Through orthogonal experiments, the major factors influencing machining efficiency were optimized, which provides guides for parameter design and manufacture of the bit. Experimental results show that the processing technology is economical and practical. The drilling quality meets the technical requirements of KFRP bulletproof backboard. So, a new method for drilling KFRP is presented and this provides technical supports for the application of ceramics/KFRP double plate composite armor.

    A new time series prediction method was put forward,based on fuzzy least square support vector machine (FLS-SVM). On the one hand, it can solve the small-batch learning better and avoid the disadvantages, such as over-training, weak normalization capability, ect., of artificial neural networks prediction. On the other hand, this proposed method is more accurate and can be realized easily because it sets larger weight on the nearer sample but smaller weight on the farther. As a result, the prediction effect shows the effectiveness and practicability of the mode. 

The approaches and tools of integrated computer aided manufacturing define, business process management, and unified modeling language were integrated. Using this approach, business object model, function model, process model, component model, service model, and service interactive model of manufacturing execution system were constructed. Finally, the proposed modeling approach was applied in the system modeling of a practical project and its feasibility was demonstrated.

Then a prototype system was developed based on Pro/E platform, which has shortened the product development cycle and reduced the costs of product development. The assembly animation and three-dimensional process cards made by the system can instruct the assembly workers effectively.

    The instantaneous start process of key moving part in a linear motor driven NC was analyzed using the explicit integration method in ABAQUS. The finite element model included the body of machining center,linear motor,linear rolling guide and the moving platform. The results including the positioning accuracy and parallelism indicate that remarkable parallelism errors are brought in during the momentary start process because of the infinitesimal damping at the moving direction.

    According to the characteristics of the aero-engine blade roughcast, a retrieve strategy for roughcast model was proposed based on the similarity theory and AHP method. Firstly, the qualitative retrieve space and quantitative retrieve space were proposed, and based on the two spaces a retrieve process was proposed.     According to the shape characteristics of large aluminum alloy shell forging and the actual production capacity a process scheme was proposed. Based on a series of simulation the influence of forging shape on final forming, the influence of friction factor, press speed, initial forging temperature on maximum forming force were analyzed, then the forming process was divided into four phases. According to numerical analysis and practice experience the proper blank dimensions, die structure and process parameters were achieved. At last the forming defects got eliminated, the forming load was controlled under 25000 ton, and the research object got test verification.

    Process manufacturing is fundamentally different from traditional discrete manufacturing for its management characteristics. To solve the problems of having process industry management and information technology working together seamlessly, this paper presented a business modeling method to support the latter systems development and implementation. For the purpose of tracking the product information in purchasing, producing and selling, a batch association-based product tracking model was firstly discussed. By disassembling the single-structure BOM into product BOM and packaging BOM,an improved material requirement model and optimization algorithm were presented. By analyzing sale modes in the process industry and the different styles of report forms, the report data model composed of bills, accounts and restrictions and its key algorithm were presented; Based on the node transition and workflow models , a business process management method to achieve the dynamic computerized processing was studied. 

    Based on the characteristics of cornea and structure, the geometry model of cornea was presented. Corresponding to the principle of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) finite element model was created. Stress and strain of LASIK were simulated with all kinds of conditions. The simulation coincides with the clinical testing. The results show that the finite element model accords with the practical cornea characteristics. 

    The influencing factors on efficiency of the valve control section of valve and pump combined EHA were analyzed. A method to improve the system efficiency by increasing the design value of load pressure was proposed. The change of output flow, losing flow of servo valve and pump, total efficiency of actuation system and other main performance parameters caused by load pressure change were analyzed under the same working conditions. The result indicates that the system efficiency is improved in some range due to increase in design value of load pressure. The rapidity becomes better under low load condition and worse under high load condition. The stability becomes better, the disturbance rejection and response becomes worse. The simulation and experimental analysis of actuation system based on spring load proves the feasibility of new method.

    Based on active hybrid sliding bearing-rotor system, the control technique of the motion of the rotor was studied, which then was used for vibration control and non-circular machining. By adjusting the parameters of active restrictors, the pressure and liquid flow injected into the recesses and the pressure distribution on the lands were altered, and the rotor was forced to move following a reference trajectory. As the dynamic modal of the bearing-rotor system was constructed, an adaptive RBF (radial basis function) neural network called minimal resource allocating network (MRAN) controller combined with extended Kalman filter, that is MRANEKF, was developed to identify the system online and cope with its non-linearity and parameter uncertainty. The simulation results show that the RBF network does well in nonlinear function approximation. The rotor vibration excited by mass imbalance or external synchronous forces can be reduced greatly, and an accurate non-circular reference orbit tracking result can be obtained as well.

    In order to expose the weak point of reliability in a short period of time for submersible pumps, and realize its reliability growth, through analyzing the failure mechanism of submersible pumps, found out that excessive attrition of the mechanical seal surface is the main reasons of submersible pumps failure. Working media with abrasive was adopted as the accelerated factor of reliability enhancement testing, on the principle of keeping the failure mechanism unchanged, finally emery-containing water was selected as enhancement stress, where the emery’s granularity was 100 meshes. According to the failure characteristics and working conditions, a test plan of submersible pumps was proposed. Test results show that the test plan can achieve the purpose of submersible pump enhancement testing.

    A method that the improved Morlet wavelet was used to identify the modal parameter was described systematically, and the wavelet parameter was optimized by the wavelet entropy. In the meantime, in order to resolving the end effect of the wavelet analysis a method that the LS-SVM was used to predict the wavelet skeleton was put forward. The results of simulation analysis and experimental analysis demonstrate that the time series forecasting method based on LS-SVM is applied to resolve the end effect of modal analysis based on Morlet wavelet is effective to identify the modal parameter accurately and restrain the end effect. And the accuracy is the highest among methods based on radial basis function(RBF) neural network and based on time-varying autoregressive(TVAR).

    The effect of vanadium on the microstructure and properties of Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloys were investigated with four kinds of hardfacing alloys that the mass fraction of vanadium was 0.73%,2.3%,3.1%,4.1% respectively.The effects of vanadium element on microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results indicate that metal matrix of hardfacing alloys transform from austenite to austenite and martensite with increasing vanadium content.The metal matrix changes into marstensite completely when vanadium content is up to 4.1%.The shape of primary carbides changes form long,bulk hexangular to spherical and irregular, large numbers of secondary carbides precipitates and disperses in metal matrix of harfacing allys with the increase of vanadium content. The hardness and wear resistance also enhance with the increase of vanadium content.

    On account of the drawbacks of the traditional thin-walled tube inversion method, a new boosted tube inversion process was put forward. The die radius r, inner diameter D and velocity v of the booster block were determined by Finite Element simulation, meanwhile the device for boosted tube external- inversion was made. Both the theoretical and experimental studies indicate that the quality of the double-walled tubular part produced by boosted tube inversion device is much higher than the quality of the part from any other inversion method, the rate of finished products is much higher.

    Considering the oversize extrusion force and product defects in the extrusion forming process of aluminum alloy flat-plate, multi-objective optimization design was presented for 6063 aluminum alloy flat-plate. Firstly, the orthogonal experimental design and response surface design were combined together to build the second order response surface model between the forming parameters and evaluating indicators. Then, using genetic algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm and the optimized reserved strategy,the genetic simulated annealing program was developed to optimize this model. From which, the 24 evenly distributed Pareto-optimal solutions were obtained. In the last, defining a satisfactory degree function, the satisfactory solution was selected. Meanwhile, in order to verify the rationality of optimization result, the simulation verification were carried out, the results show that simulation results are in accord with optimal ones.

    The characteristics of fatigue life curve of materials in three stages of fatigue life were analyzed and then a model with three parameters was presented to describe the fatigue life curve of materials in the whole region. Three parameters quantitatively describe the fatigue limit, the toughness and the characteristic fatigue life of material in the model and a convenient method to obtain the parameters was mentioned. The model can describe the strain-life curve as well as stress-life curve of materials by the normalized loading. Nineteen sets of experimental data of metals and composites were employed to verify the model, and the results show that the model is capable to describe the fatigue life curve of materials in whole region.
