Making use of good drive characteristics of paraffin material, a type of thermal-sensitive valve applied in adaptive cooling system of large-scale vehicle was designed.In order to disclose the response problem of the thermal-sensitive valve to temperature change, by means of the finite difference computational method of numerical heat transfer theory, the mathematic models of two-dimension steady-state and unsteady-state temperature field of its temperature-sensing component were built, and the simulation calculations of two mathematic models were implemented using MATLAB software.The steady-state temperature field and transient state temperature fields of some typical time were acquired through simulation, and on the basis of analyzing these temperature fields, it can be known that the response of temperature-sensing component to temperature

changes can meet the demands of adaptive cooling system of large-scale vehicle. 

利用石蜡具有良好的驱动性能设计了一种应用于大型机动车自适应冷却系统的感温阀;为研究该感温阀对温度变化的响应问题,运用数值传热学理论中有限差分的计算方法,建立了其感温元件的二维稳态和非稳态温度场的数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件对这两种数学模型进行了仿真计算。仿真得到感温元件的稳态温度场和一些典型时间的瞬态温度场,通过对这些温度场的分析,得知所设计的感温元件对温度变化的响应能够满足大型机动车自适应冷却系统的要求。
