全地形车车架的动态性能分析与减振研究

摘要:

通过建立全地形车车架的有限元模型,进行模态分析,得到车架振动的固有频率,结合发动机的运行特性,分析其振动对车架动态性能的影响,并由谐响应分析得到车架各部位的振动情况,提出避免发动机与车架共振的方案,分析计算得到橡胶减振器的参数,对比减振前后的车架位移响应幅值,结合道路试验证明了该减振方案的合理性。

Abstract:

The finite element model of ATV frame was created and modal analysis was performed to get the inherent frequency,with combining the function of the engine,the effects of engine vibration on the frame dynamic performance were analyzed,and through harmonic response analysis,the vibration resulant of every part of the frame was obtained.The method of avoiding resonance between engine and frame was put forward,the parameters of rubber damper were calculated and the fore and aft vibration reduction’s maximum of frame’s displacement response were compared.The road testing proves the rationality of the vibration reduction method.
