摘要:

通过多因素方差分析法分析了超声振动辅助磨削—脉冲放电复合加工参数(脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、参考电压、超声振幅)对加工表面粗糙度的影响程度,建立了表面粗糙度的二次模型,并用响应曲面法预测一定切削参数范围内任意切削条件下的表面粗糙度值,方差分析结果和响应曲面法预测结果基本一致。研究结果对实际生产过程中加工参数的优化具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:

Adopting analysis of variance(ANOVA),the influence of machining parameters on surface roughness was analyzed in ultrasonic vibration aided grinding EDM.The parameters included pulse width,pulse period,reference voltage and ultrasonic amplitude. A quadratic model of predicting surface roughness was researched.With the help of response surface methodology (RSM),the surface roughness related to each machining condition can be predicted,which shows a very satisfactory instruction in determining machining parameters.
