摘要:

基于动力学虚拟样机技术,结合多体动力学分析理论,研究了多体振动系统的可视化设计方法。以ADAMS为平台,结合Pro/E中的三维可视化模型,建立了多体振动系统虚拟样机,以及利用软件ANSYS和虚拟样机相结合建立了柔性体。在虚拟样机环境下,运用装配过程可视化、动力学可视化、工作过程及运动学可视化方法对系统进行设计研究,证明了该方法的有效性。实践表明,利用虚拟样机对多体系统进行可视化设计可全面提高产品的设计质量,获得振动系统的重要性能参数。

Abstract:

Based on dynamics virtual prototype technique and the theory of analysis of multi-body dynamics system, visual design was put forward trying to take visualization as design means to inspect the performance of multi-body dynamics system at every aspect. Combining with three-dimensional model in Pro/E, the dynamics virtual prototyping of multi-body dynamics system was established based on ADAMS platform, as well as combining software ANSYS with the dynamics virtual prototype, flexible body was established. In the condition of virtual prototype, utilizing assembly process visualization, dynamics visualization, operation process and kinematics visualization, the research were put up to testify the validity of visual design. In addition, the application results reveal that the visual design can improve the design quality of products in an all-round way based on the virtual prototype. The important capability parameters of multi-body dynamics system are obtained and some interrelated parameters that influence the capability and natural life of the system are analyzed, and references are provided for ameliorating the design of similar products.
