摘要:

提出了多领域设计知识模型的特征参数表示方法;通过对智能化配置技术的分析,研究了智能化配置在产品方案生成过程中的应用,构建了面向产品方案设计的智能化配置框架,建立了特征参数配置知识库,并给出了多领域特征参数求解推理过程。给出了产品方案设计平台的总体框架,并以此为基础开发了一个原型系统。

Abstract:

On the basis of analyzing design knowledge in the multi-fields, an approach to product conceptual design based on intelligent configuration was put forward. Firstly the parametric knowledge models were described. Secondly an intelligent conceptual design configuration framework was constructed. A configuration knowledge base was discussed,then the reasoning process of the parameters in the multi-fields were presented. Finally the conceptual design process of a controllable reducer was used as an example to show the feasibility of the configuration platform.
