摘要：

提出采用截面法来分析冲压零件的回弹特征，并编制了程序，定量分析典型回弹截面整体和局部的平动与转动分量。针对典型的弧形高强度钢零件，应用截面法针对实验和仿真结果分析典型截面的回弹特征，得出弧形截面回弹运动参数的实验和仿真结果，对比验证了该方法的准确性和实用性。

Abstract:

A program was developed to determine the deformation of characteristic section, the deformable movement included displacement and rotation, and this program divided characteristic section with several areas by convergence estimation. The paper studied on a part’s springback with arched surface by experimental and simulation analyses,and the results verify validity of this model.
