摘要:

基于多柔体动力学(MFBD)技术对行星轮系建立了刚柔耦合多体系统模型,其中柔体部件采用了节点法和模态缩减法两种建模方式。利用RecurDyn软件对该多体系统进行了仿真分析,得出了行星架速度曲线和齿轮的动态啮合力曲线,并将结果与刚体仿真结果进行比较,同时得出了行星轮系在啮合过程中的应力云图及节点应力曲线。通过对仿真结果的分析得出了行星轮被破坏的主要原因。仿真数据也为优化设计和疲劳性能研究提供了依据,为新产品的开发提供了有效的手段。

Abstract:

Based on MFBD technology,a rigid-flexible coupling module of planetary gear train was created and the flexible parts used two modeling methods of nodal approach and modal reduction.The flexible multi-body systems were simulated and analyzed by using RecurDyn software, the curves of rotational speed of planet carrier and the dynamic meshing forces of gears were also obtained. The results were compared with the analysis ones of rigid body system.Synchronously,the stress nephogram and the curves of node stress of the planetary gear train are obtained in meshing process.The main break reasons of the planetary gear are obtained by analyzing the results of simulation.And simulation data offers the basis for design optimization and fatigue properties study, which provides effective means for the development of new products.
