摘要:

针对液压系统故障树分析时存在的故障概率获取不足、事件联系难以确定以及不能描述故障程度这三方面的问题,将T-S模型引入到模糊故障树分析中:用模糊可能性描述部件的故障概率;用T-S门代替传统逻辑门来描述事件间的联系;用模糊数描述部件的故障程度。结合液压机动力源系统故障树分析实例,计算出顶事件发生故障和出现各种故障程度的模糊可能性。

Abstract:

In order to solve the three disadvantages of insufficient fault probabilities and difficulties to determine events’ relationships and describe fault degrees during fault tree analysis on hydraulic systems, T-S model was presented to fuzzy fault tree analysis, where fault probabilities were described as fuzzy possibilities; and events’ relationships were described by T-S gates instead of conventional logic gates; then fault degrees were described as fuzzy numbers.Example of fault tree analysis of oil supply system of hydraulic press was given for illustration, where fuzzy fault possibilities of top event and fault degrees are achieved.
