摘要:

介绍了对称双辊轴向轧机原理,提出了对称双辊轴向轧制成形螺旋锥齿轮新工艺,利用刚塑性有限元模拟软件对新工艺变形过程进行了仿真分析,对成形工艺力进行了理论计算。根据仿真和计算结果,在对称双辊辗压机上进行了轧制螺旋锥齿轮工艺试验,试验结果表明,新工艺能保证螺旋齿形充满,且成形力较小,温成形外径为246mm汽车从动螺旋齿轮的成形力约为2000kN。

Abstract:

The principle of twin symmetry roll axle-mill was introduced.A new process was proposed which was for twin symmetry roll axial rolling passive spiral bevel gears.The deformation process by the new technology was analyzed by rigid plastic FEM software.Rolling force was calculated in theory.According to the simulation and calculation result,the processing experiments of rolling spiral bevel gear were finished in twin symmetry roll axle-mill.The results show that new technology can achieve full of the spiral tooth form and the forming force is small.The passive spiral bevel gear of 246 is warmly formed,whose force is about 2000kN.
