摘要:

为解决磁力轴承的磁力在线测量问题,提出了利用光纤光栅(FBG)的应变传感原理测量磁力轴承定子与转子之间磁力的方法。开发了基于FBG的磁力传感装置,推导了磁力与FBG波长偏移量之间的关系式。搭建了基于FBG的磁力轴承的磁力在线测量实验系统,模拟磁力轴承工作状态。在不同的气隙、转子转速、线圈电流的实验条件下,对磁力进行了在线测量,验证了基于FBG的磁力轴承的磁力在线测量的可行性。

Abstract:

To solve magnetic bearings’ magnetic force online measurement problem, a fiber bragg grating (FBG) strain sensing mechanism was appied in magnetic force measurement. A FBG magnetic force sensing device was designed and fabricated, and the relationship between magnetic force and FBG wavelength shift was derived. A FBG-based magnetic force online measurement system was established, through which magnetic force was measured under different air gap, rotating speed and coil current conditions, and the feasibility of FBG-based magnetic force online measurement was verified.
