摘要:

为实现动态称重,提出了基于序列二次规划的动态可局部称重方法。以移动载荷-简支梁为称重物理模型,将实时测量信号定义为数值化测量值时间序列,求解其对应的符号化理论值时间序列,将两序列之间的欧氏距离路径拓展为动态时间弯曲路径,使两序列沿着弯曲路径的偏差平方和最小,从而建立动态可局部称重的递归计算的数学模型,并基于序列二次规划求解有约束的非线性优化模型,获得动态可局部称重的结果。实验表明,该称重方法具有较高的计算精度和较高的计算效率,能够满足实际要求。

Abstract:

To realize weighting in motion, a method for dynamic locally weighting based on sequential quadratic programming was put forward. The real-time measured signals were defined as numerical time series of
measured values and its corresponding symbolic time series of theoretical
values was solved by taking the moving force and simply supported beam as weighting physical model. The path between the two time series was extended from Euclidean distance path to dynamic time warping path. The recursive computation mathematical model of the dynamic locally weighting was established via taking the minimum of the square of deviance between the two series along the warping path as the goal. The sequential quadratic programming algorithm was employed to obtain the each moving force by means of solving the constrained nonlinear optimization model. The experimental results prove that the computation precision and calculation efficiency of the method are
favorable enough for the practical requirements.
