摘要:

针对微尺度下构件的力学性能测量问题,搭建一种片外驱动微拉伸测试装置。该测试装置具有高精度的力载荷与位移检测能力,精度分别达毫牛级和亚微米级;可在线标定装置的刚度系数,利用弹簧串联模型获取试样的拉伸变形。在微构件轴向对准、夹持方面采用凹凸台载物片与松香-乙醇溶液粘合的方式,有效提高了微拉伸测试技术的精度、可靠性与重复性。利用该装置可测量微构件的弹性模量、断裂强度等力学性能。用该装置测量了单晶硅梁在〈110〉晶向上的弹性模量,并分析了装置的测量误差。

Abstract:

An off-chip actuated tensile test device was developed for the mechanical properties characterization of micromechanical structures. A load cell with a 0.25mN-precision level and a displacement sensor with 0.1μm-precision level were equipped. Elastic coefficient of the tensile tester was calibrated with force and displacement sensors in situ, and the deformation of gauge section was obtained using two-serial spring model. To improve precision and repeatability of the measurement, a simple alignment and gripping mechanism was presented using concave-convex slides to align specimens in axial and rosin-ethanol solution to conglutinate. The tensile tester is capable of measuring elastic modulus and fracture strength of specimens. The elastic modulus of single crystal silicon in 〈110〉 is 167±5GPa resulting from the testing results and the measurement errors were analyzed.
